Greetings, I'm Franco Castellucci, a Partner and Realtor with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. For the past 20 years, I've been an integral part of Century 21 Heritage House Ltd., where I've had the privilege of serving as a Partner and Realtor.

Beyond my professional pursuits, my passion for family and soccer coaching has been a cornerstone of my life.

For years, I found immense joy in coaching high-level soccer, where I've had the privilege of mentoring and developing young athletes both on and off the field. Guiding these aspiring players to reach their full potential has not only been incredibly rewarding but has also instilled in me a profound sense of leadership and teamwork.

My dedication to family values extends to every aspect of my life. I prioritize quality time with my loved ones and cherish the moments we share together. Whether it's enjoying leisurely outings or simply gathering around the dinner table, these cherished experiences serve as a constant reminder of the importance of balance and connection in both my personal and professional endeavors. By nurturing strong family bonds, I am better equipped to serve my clients with empathy, integrity, and a genuine understanding of the significance of finding a place to call home.

Throughout my tenure at Century 21, I've developed a deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry trends, which has been instrumental in assisting my clients with their real estate needs. Notably, for 18 of those years, I've had the honor of representing Trevalli Homes Limited as their dedicated representative for new home construction projects.

In addition to my professional commitments, I'm deeply involved in charitable initiatives aimed at making a positive impact in the community. As the Co-chair of the Century 21 Golden Gala, I've helped support various charitable causes, including our own "Making a Difference" campaign, which assists families with children diagnosed with cancer or other life-altering illnesses. I'm also actively involved with organizations such as Easter Seals, the MS Society, and the Alzheimer's Association, where I've been able to contribute to meaningful efforts over the past two decades.
